Head Coach

  • Coach Beardmore brings over thirty years of coaching/teaching/ and motivational experience to the Bay Raiders.
  • Coach Beardmore attended Severn School and than went on to achieve All-American status while playing goalie for the University of Maryland. Jim also was named ACC MVP IN 1987 .
  • After graduation Jim played in the MILL for the Washington Wave and Pittsburgh Bulls.
  • Coach Beardmore has vast knowledge and experience coaching student athletes of all ages....having directed NIKE lacrosse camps, and served as Head Lacrosse coach at Severna Park High School- winning 2 state championships and receiving coach of the year honors from the Baltimore Sun and the Washington Post.
  • Coach Beardmore also spent one year as the Head Coach of the Denver Outlaws....and has also played and coached all over the world...including Australia, Japan, and Germany.
  • Coach Beardmore's extensive life experiences give him a unique perspective and high energy approach to life .... both on and off the field...he currently promotes "BE THE BEST" through motivational speaking engagements, and offers individual goalie training sessions as well.

This is great game and a ton of fun, we hope to show your sons how much fun it is and help them feel great when they play it."
